PumpD Refund Policy
At PumpD, we stand behind the quality of our electronic pumps. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also need to be fair to our business and all our customers.
Returns and Refunds
You have 30 days from the date you receive your pump to request a return if you're not satisfied. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. We'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
What We Don't Accept
We cannot accept returns on pumps that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or are missing parts or accessories. If the product shows signs of wear, water damage, or has been disassembled, we won't be able to process your return.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your pump arrives damaged or stops working due to a manufacturing defect within the first 30 days, we'll replace it or give you a full refund. Just contact us with photos of the issue and your order number. After 30 days, manufacturer warranty terms will apply for defective items.
How to Start a Return
Email us at korazxAli@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we approve your return request, we'll send you instructions on where to ship the item. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned pump, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error or sent you a defective product.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong model or want to exchange for a different pump, contact us and we'll do our best to help. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
