PumpD Shipping Policy
We know you're excited to get your new pump, so we work hard to get orders out the door quickly.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after we receive your payment. During busy seasons or promotional periods, it might take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options depending on how fast you need your pump:
Standard Shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days after your order ships. This is our most economical option and works great if you're not in a rush.
Expedited Shipping gets your pump to you in 2 to 3 business days after it ships. Choose this if you need it sooner but don't want to pay for overnight service.
Express Shipping delivers in 1 to 2 business days after shipping. This is the fastest option for urgent needs.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and don't include our processing time. Weekends and holidays aren't counted as business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method you select. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out for those deals.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We don't ship to PO boxes for expedited or express orders, but standard shipping to PO boxes is available. International shipping isn't available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. You can use this to check the status of your delivery through the carrier's website. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, reach out to us and we'll look into it.
Shipping Issues
If your pump doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package. If a package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, we'll do our best to help, but we're not responsible for items once they've been delivered to your address.
For damaged packages, inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the box looks damaged, take photos before opening it. Contact us immediately if anything inside is broken or damaged during shipping.
Address Changes
Double check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the delivery address. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately and we'll try to catch it before it goes out.
